🔒 Social Media Data Deletion Instructions
This Data Deletion Policy applies to all Overlords-branded services and integrations, including OverlordsAnalytics, our Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and other social media API connections.

If you have connected a social media account (such as TikTok or Facebook) to our services and wish to request the deletion of any data associated with that connection, you are in the right place.
We respect your privacy and are committed to complying with all applicable data protection regulations, including the policies of Facebook, TikTok, and other supported platforms.

🔧 How to Request Data Deletion
Option 1: Automated Deletion (Facebook only)
If your Facebook account is linked to our platform, you may initiate automated deletion by visiting:
👉 https://api.overlordsbook.com/facebook-data-deletion?user_id=YOUR_FACEBOOK_USER_ID
Replace YOUR_FACEBOOK_USER_ID with your actual Facebook user ID.
Note: You must be logged in to the same Facebook account used when connecting to our service.

Option 2: Manual Request (All Platforms)
You may request deletion of data collected via Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, or any other connected platform by contacting us:

Please include:

• The platform name (e.g. Facebook, TikTok)
  
  

• Your account username or ID on that platform
  
  

• The date of connection or login, if known
  
  

• A clear request for data deletion
  
  

We will respond to your request within 7 working days and confirm once the data has been removed from our systems. All valid deletion requests will be fully processed within 30 days.

📜 What Data Is Stored?
If you connect a social media account, we may store:

• Your account username and public profile data
  
  

• Any metrics retrieved via the platform’s API (e.g. views, likes, shares, comments)
  
  

• Basic identifiers (such as a platform-specific user ID) for internal linking
  
  

We do not store sensitive credentials, passwords, or private direct messages.

❗ Important Note:
Deleting your data from Overlords-branded services will not delete your personal account on the originating platform. It only removes the data associated with our services.
